Where else can you sit at a table on the sidewalk and watch as the hottest people go by, not to mention the celebs. Up the street to Washington Ave, you'll find bumper to bumper clubs and eye candy you couldn't even pay for. In the the Art Deco hotels such as the Delano, the Raleigh, and the Shelbourne, you'll find a HOT Latin feeling overcome you. FIESTA LOCO!}
Latino flavor and Latino rytmo. Fusion is the choice of cuisine, with Cuban-American the most popular. Seafood is everywhere, and as freshas the locals. Cafes and bistros line the sidewalks along Ocean Dr, and if you dont mind eating litterally on the sidewalk while you people watch, this is the spot. Good food can be had just about everywhere, but not cheap. Expect a simple lunch to run you around $ 20.

Collins Avenue and 8th Street have emerged as the center of the South Beach Designer District. Kenneth Cole, Armani Exchange, Banana Republic, and Todd Oldham, the Designer District emerges in 2 district directions. The first runs 2 blocks south down Collins, to the 600 block where you will find stores such as Nicole Miller, Benneton, Nike Shop, and the Gap. The second area follows 8th street to Washington Avenue, where Versace, Hugo Boss, and Betsey Johnson are located.
