Q Are you guys a travel agency and am I protected when i purchase a trip?
A We work with a registered travel agency, registered with the quebec and canadian government as well as with IATA.
Q How can I pay for my package? Can I give a deposit? When is the final payment due?
A Depending on how we book you trip, Credit Cards are accepted. Deposits are required 4 days after booking and final payment is due 50 days before departure. FULL PAYMENT is due upon booking if less than 50 days, unless otherwise stated and depending on the package.***Depends on tour operator.
Q Is my personal information secure? How will you use my information?
A ALL personal information is secured, and stored on secured data servers NOT accessable through the internet. All Credit card numbers are stored in a specific pass protected file on our data server then destroyed after your travel.
